CORONA VENTILATION CONCEPT – NO ONE HAS TO FREEZE
Even in times of the Corona, HELOT brings more than seventy years of experience with the medium of air to balance well-being and health protection.
The Pulheim integrative day-care center Hand-in-Hand is the first to benefit from this.
A mobile fresh air heating and ventilation system, modified according to the latest findings, was installed, which guarantees the recommended triple air change per hour in the daycare without children and employees having to freeze with the windows open.
New location in Dormagen with a new company building
Today HELOT GmbH is a full-service provider with 100 employees and an international business field. In order to do justice to the future and the planned growth, the new headquarters in Dormagen-Hackenbroich is being built. HELOT GmbH would like to take this opportunity to thank the City of Dormagen for their excellent support in planning the new headquarters.

The history of helot gmbh
For 70 years the good climate has been in the foreground at HELOT.
First on the construction sites of war-torn Germany. The reconstruction was the entrepreneurial opportunity to develop innovative air conditioning technologies that made the new buildings dry out more quickly. The experience and know-how of the early years quickly flowed into new business areas such as heating and drying technology, air conditioning and power generation. HELOT has grown steadily since it was founded in 1949.
In addition to the head office in Cologne, branches were opened in Berlin, Chemnitz, Munich and Prague – the next HELOT branch is always close to your event. Franz Stoffels, Joachim Rzittky and Marius Stoffels continue the legacy of the company’s founder Hellmuth Otremba – his actions and innovative strength shape the company to this day.
